What is the typical lead time for imported custom packaging?
The standard lead time for our imported custom packaging is generally 9-12 weeks from final artwork approval and order confirmation. However, the recent situation in the Red Sea has unfortunately caused significant disruptions to global shipping lanes. This has resulted in increased transit times as vessels are forced to take longer alternative routes. Consequently, we are currently experiencing an additional 3-4 weeks on our typical lead times for imported packaging, bringing the total to approximately 12-14 weeks.
Do you offer plain unprinted packaging options?
Yes, we absolutely do! All of the custom packaging structures and materials we offer can also be provided in a plain, unprinted format. Whether you need simple, unbranded cartons, jars, tape, corrugated boxes, paper bags etc., we can fulfill your plain packaging needs.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom packaging?
Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the specific type of packaging, materials, and customization involved.
Retail Exit Bags: (SOS) 10,000 (Twist Handle) 25,000 (Eurotote) 10,000
Mylar Bags/Pouches: 5,000
Folding Cartons: 5,000
Apparel: No minimum

Can I get a sample of my custom packaging before placing a full order?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of your custom packaging. We can provide physical samples for approval before mass production begins. Sample lead times and costs may vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials. Fill out our form here for complimentary digital mock-ups and samples. If you'd like your personalized design on a physical sample click here. Just note our personalized physical sample does come at a cost, as well as a couple weeks for us to produce and ship the sample.
What are the different printing options available for custom packaging?
We offer several printing methods to bring your designs to life, including offset printing for high-quality, detailed graphics, flexographic printing for larger runs and vibrant colors, and digital printing for smaller quantities and variable data. We can also explore options like embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and spot UV to add a premium touch to your folding carton packaging.
Do you offer warehousing or storage solutions for completed packaging orders?
Yes, we do offer warehousing and storage for your completed custom packaging orders. We understand that you may not have the immediate space or need for your entire order to be delivered at once. Our warehousing services provide a secure and convenient way to store your packaging, and we can arrange for delivery in scheduled installments or as needed. Please inquire about our warehousing options and associated costs when discussing your order.
